One click Unsubscribe
From Feb 2024, the ability to insert a one-click unsubscribe link into the header of your emails has become compulsory for emailers sending more than 5000 emails within a 24 hour period to Gmail/Yahoo email addresses (see Google Guidance here).
Kulea emails can be configured to facilitate the use of one-click unsubscribe. Please note that Google selectively displays one click unsubscribe links, and the appearance of a one click unsubscribe link in the email header can not be guaranteed. To test one-click unsubscribe functionality, we recommend the setting up and use of a Mail-tester.com account.
If you do not meet Google’s Bulk sending threshold requirements, or only send B2B emails, then one-click unsubscribe is not required.
