You can now use ANY in your contacts web, user and email activities to trigger a journey:
Well, these are great for building all encompassing lead score models, for example:
1 point for reading any email, or visiting any website page.
2 points for clicking any link in any email.
3 points for downloading any file, or completing any form.
These can then all be looped to rinse and repeat!
More specific lead scores can then be piled on top of this, for example:
Another 3 points for downloading a specific file.
Another 2 points for visiting a particular page.
You can now capture so much more information on your contacts, from the broad, to the granular... it is now all at your disposal.
