Opportunities/Hot Prospects show you who has the best trend score* for the time period you choose... giving your sales team a list of genuinely engaged prospects.
*Trend score is a contact's lead score over the specified amount of time being analysed, giving you a real view of your contact's activities.
Your hot prospects are available to view on your dashboard and your opportunities page:
You will see their name, email address and phone number and a button to view their CRM & behavioural data.
The opportunities are based on website engagement and email engagement (events) and ordered by trend score.
If not lead score is allocated, the opportunities are ordered by event activity.
