Bought mailing lists are fraught with pitfalls and should be avoided at all costs.
Kulea will only tolerate their use provided that:
a) They are cleansed using a tool like neverbounce before they are imported into Kulea
b) Your campaigns don't incur more than a 5% bounce rate and 1% unsubscribe rate. If these thresholds are exceeded your Kulea account will immediately be disabled.
